The first time a sponsor opens their page, a short card says what it’s for and how to answer from the page or the email. When you share the page, you can add a note of your own.

Two short questions, where your team’s work lives and which AI assistant you use, tailor the setup guide’s steps to you.
Sponsor links that stay with the sponsor
A sponsor’s link opens their page only in a browser that has proved it’s theirs, with a code sent to the address the link went to.
Archive with choices, and screenshots with feedback
Archiving an activity or a deliverable asks what happens to the work inside it, single tasks can be archived, and feedback can carry screenshots.
A closeout pack when a project ends
On Team and Business, archiving a project freezes its record into a closeout pack with your brand name, dated the day you archived it.
The project record on your client’s page
Your client can open the record of what their project settled, limited to what their page already shows them, in their language.
A record of everything a project settled
Every project’s Record tab collects the decisions answered, requests settled, deliverables accepted with their proof, blockers cleared, risks closed, and changes to the plan. Download it as Markdown or print it.
Projects start with the first ask
Until your sponsor has been asked something, a project’s Overview leads with one step: send your first ask.
Automations you switch on
An admin can let the weekly digest send on its own, pass an unanswered ask to the next person, and post to chat when a project slips. Sending the daily update on its own comes with Team.
