Pricing questions
- Who counts as a seat?
- Each person on your team: the people doing the work. Sponsors, approvers, and anyone following along join free on every plan.
- What happens when my team grows?
- Seats follow the people on your team. Add someone mid-month and the difference is charged pro rata.
- How does the trial work?
- Team comes with a 14-day trial, once per team. Cancel from Settings any time before it ends.
- What if we move back to Free?
- Your projects and members keep working. New projects and invites past the Free limits wait until you’re back within 1 project and 3 teammates, or on Team again.
- What if my sponsor takes a while to answer?
- Unblockd follows up for you. A reminder goes out after 3 days and again before the deadline, and you can nudge or escalate in one tap.
- How is AI included?
- Your own assistant (Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor) connects on every plan and runs on your own AI account. Built-in AI drafting comes with Team.
- Can we pay annually?
- Team is billed monthly.
- How is Business priced?
- Business is priced for each customer. It removes the Unblockd footer from your sponsor’s page and emails, and adds single sign-on. Write to hello@unblockd.ai and we’ll set it up with you.
