What it reads

Link the Confluence spaces each Unblockd project needs, then pick what to attach to a deliverable.

In Confluence

Pages as proof, like a signed-off spec or meeting notes.

How it stays current

Unblockd reads your linked spaces again when someone opens a project’s Sources tab and the last read is more than 10 minutes old, whenever you press Sync now, and once a day.

How you connect

An admin signs in to Confluence once for the whole workspace and approves read access. Unblockd reads your work in Confluence and leaves it as it is. The access token is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before it’s stored.

What your sponsor sees

Your sponsor sees the deliverable it belongs to, with the proof one tap away once that deliverable is shared with them.

How teams use it

What happens to Confluence work once it’s connected, from the first link to your sponsor’s page.

  1. Attach the work that settles itLink a Confluence space to a project, then pick the pages that prove a deliverable, like a signed-off spec or meeting notes. Each one is attached to the deliverable as proof.
  2. Accept with the evidence in placeA deliverable can be accepted only once it has evidence, so the approved work in Confluence is attached before your team accepts it and your sponsor is told.
  3. Your sponsor opens it in one tapOnce the deliverable is shared, your sponsor opens the proof from their page. Unblockd only reads Confluence; nothing there changes.
