What it reads
Link the Connecteam task boards each Unblockd project needs. You pick which items to bring in, up to 50 at a time, and each one becomes a task under a deliverable with a link back to Connecteam.

How it stays current
Unblockd reads your linked task boards again when someone opens a project’s Sources tab and the last read is more than 10 minutes old, whenever you press Sync now, and once a day.
How you connect
An admin pastes the api key from Connecteam once for the whole workspace. Unblockd checks it with Connecteam before saving anything. Unblockd reads your work in Connecteam and leaves it as it is. The key is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before it’s stored.
What your sponsor sees
Your sponsor sees each deliverable’s progress. The tasks you bring in, and any blocker they flag, stay with your team until someone chooses to share them.

What happens to Connecteam work once it’s connected, from the first link to your sponsor’s page.
- Plan in Connecteam, report from UnblockdLink the Connecteam task board for a project and bring its items in under the deliverables they serve, up to 50 at a time. Each task keeps a link back to Connecteam, and its status follows Connecteam from then on.
- Finished work moves the deliverableWhen an item is finished in Connecteam, its task follows, and the deliverable’s progress on your sponsor’s page moves with it.
- Acceptance stays with your teamA task marked done in Connecteam finishes here too, unless it still needs a sign-off. The deliverable itself is accepted only once its evidence is attached, and your sponsor is emailed only when a person on your team accepts it.
- New items arrive on their own, if you wantAn admin can turn on automatic import, so new open items in a linked task board arrive as tasks under the deliverable chosen for it, up to 25 per sync.
